Tour leaders’ Department management, responsible for tour leaders’ service for all the brands from the Group
creation of standards and procedures of customer service abroad, organizing and carrying out respective trainings
cooperation with foreign contracting companies in relation to the optimization of on the spot customer service
supervision of performed services
communication in crisis situations
